Description     Handling clients orders from ordering till delivery while coordinating with related companys internal divisions and personnel to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sending customers orders as instructed by management to suppliers. Arranging best pickup time to meet delivery date. Arrange shipping quotations within approved budgets. Arrange all needed documents for the shipment and legalization. Checking on shipped orders and documents before reaching port of discharge. Updating client/s on the status of their shipment/s. Taking necessary actions towards arranging receiving orders at the warehouse. Arranging delivery of goods at clients location and timely installation. Reporting management on all orders status on timely bases
Qualifications    Dynamic personality , motivated , initiative , able to work under stress have a solid background in importing and freight forwarding processes. Perfect English both written and spoken. Perfect computer soft skills. Perfect communication & coordination skills. Reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Manager. Can handle many tasks at the same time. Excellent skills dealing with different departments
