Description Work directly with existing and new customers. Sell various products and services. Maintain records of customers in their database or files. Look up certain customers to send out catalogs or promotional letters. Arrange meetings for outside sales representatives. Responsible for doing paperwork, including filling out sales invoices for customer orders. write sales reports for sales manager or record sales on interoffice tracking sheets.
Qualifications fresh to 3 years experience in telemarketing.
