Description The office manager responsible of a reporting period regularly without any default in its newsletters or delay in a timely manner,in addition to any other reports may require*Run Computer Special Office of the chairman with open daily incoming and outgoing and a live program Bosta day with follow-up papers marked*Fully responsible for all the files of the Office of the President of the Board of Directors(the Treasury-Office of the chairman-secretary office Chairman)*Reporting to the Chairman and follow-up of various departments in the delivery of the reports in a timely manner*Attend the meetings of the chairman meeting and take the points and sent to the persons concerned and follow up the implementation of the decisions that were taken during the meeting and the preparation of periodic meetings scheduled*Arrange and organize and take day-to-day personal appointments Chairman*Do save files and documents and decisions of the chairman in the files so the computer*Reception and Classification and resend incoming and outgoing mail and receive guidance bulletins and publications *Reply to faxes and e-mail internal and external*All the required correspondence written (Arabic-English)*Translation of all reports to be translated from English to Arabic and vice versa *Identifying the needs of office stationery,etc*Follow-up and hygiene needs of the Office of Chairman and periodic follow-up maintenance work necessary
Qualifications High qualification(Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or sections of English graduates)*Holders of preferred diploma in secretarial or human resources*Attend training courses in the field of administration, secretarial and public relations*Attend training courses in effective communication skills*Attend training courses in the field of time management Good-looking uniformed and commitment required *Enjoy the team spirit, honesty and loyalty to the company*Speak English proficiency proficiency *Effective communication skills and good time management and customer service skills*Experience of not less than five to ten years in secretarial and public relations
