Description - Supervising the implementation of the IT function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with the company rules & policies - Developing the IT functions work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing & evaluating work procedures. - Developing IT functions roadmaps and work-plans, as well as ensuring that they are in line with the strategy - Managing the activities within IT function, as well as providing technical support as needed in order to ensure smooth operation of different functions and satisfaction of personnel - Monitoring the progress of IT projects on a continuous basis, and ensuring that project timelines and milestones are being met in compliance with the set plans - Managing the preparation of the IT function budget, as well as submitting and discussing it with the concerned management - Recommending and approving software and hardware replacements, modifications and upgrades to improve performance and ensure a smooth running of the different functions achieving personnels satisfaction - Following up on unresolved issues, and recommending on actions to be taken accordingly to ensure adequate and timely resolution - Keeping abreast with the latest developments in the field, and recommending on major system upgrades and modifications accordingly - Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of IT functions
Qualifications - B.Sc. degree in Computer Science. - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Gender Male
Education major Computer Science
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
