MS Dynamics CRM Specialis Jobs in Egypt Description -Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM system BOTH (functional & technical), users, data, interfaces and capabilities. -Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Dynamics CRM system BOTH (functional & technical), answering any questions on technical specifications, design, functionality, capability, and other relevant dimensions. -Develop and maintain up-to-date system documentation, architecture maps, specifications and manuals for assigned systems. -Participate in any discussions regarding the development of assigned systems or related report development, including design activities (within a project) and assist in the identification and delivery of fixes or solutions for system issues or problems. -Perform regular test for the CRM production environment availability -Monitor and review access logs from time to time and raise alarms for any access violations or attempts -Perform maintenance of all applications, updates of anti-virus, patches, database integrity and data validation tests -Perform rigorous testing when a CRM production application changes due to program code changes, new version availability and/or data restoration in pre-production environment. —Ensure regular communication with CRM Application vendors to plan maintenance and upgrade release as well as coordinate their work from remote or on-site, if required for maintenance or upgrade on the CRM production systems. - Develop on-demand ad-hoc reports and workflows
MS Dynamics CRM Specialis Jobs in Egypt Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field or comparable experience required. -Have a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience
