Description Fully responsible for areas of buffet, security, hygiene, transportation, health insurance, reception, mobile phone lines and bank accounts. Negotiating and signing contracts with the most competitive providers for the above mentioned areas, when required. Supervising Admin coordinators at Companys entities. Designing and executing any projects that ensure happy and productive employees such as outings, Employee Handbook Company and Newsletter flower arrangements. Planning and Coordinating calendar of the Delta Groups events and scheduling of appointments. Coordinating conferences, seminars and travel calendars; handling everything related to such: catering, booking hotels, providing transportation, ticket reservation, etc.
Qualifications •University Degree in related field •Minimum 2 years of experience in the Admin field •Very good command of English •Good knowledge of MS office applications •Excellent organizational and analytical skills •Ability to deal with different people and multi task •Leadership Skills •Excellent verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills •Analytical Skills
