Description Senior Ready Mix Concrete Quality Engineer -Designs recipes according to the required NORMS with best utilization of raw materials and lowest production cost - Selects the best raw material sources and make sure of all deliveries according to the selected quality - Planning, coordinating & controlling of all laboratory activities - Direct the testing of all the raw materials for concrete. Ensures that it is done with sufficient frequency. Investigates non-conformitys and solve them. keeps proper records take necessary corrective actions when necessary - Ensures implementing all quality procedures and policies, resolve problems and report to Plant manager his proposals and suggestions. - Provides technical information about products, Norms and new products. - Provides technical support to customers and liaise with all major customers. - Prepares quality reports required by management
Qualifications BSc degree in chemical science or material quality Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience Experience in Ready Mis ia an asset

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Strong knowledge of laboratory product’s testing process Very good knowledge of the Ready Mix products’ characteristics Strong knowledge of quality control methods and instruments Analytical and conceptual thinking Very good presentation and communication skills Team work and cooperation PC literacy Very good command of English
