Description Tasks and responsibilities: Act as a financial business partner to the plant manager and his/her management team and provide financial leadership for the needed business decisions. Be part of the finance operations European controlling community and act an integral team member focused on delivering right analysis, reports and recommendations from the own plant. Able to interact with a team of controlling specialists (junior and senior levels). Organize and supervise of established procedures of month closing. Assist in the preparation of month/quarter closing reports according to Group requirements. Product calculations according to standard prices. Reviewing budget process within the factory. Current budget control and deviations analysis. Preparing of not standardized data and analysis required by Central Dept.
Qualifications • Leadership experience. • Interest in team development, coaching and growth. • Experience in business controlling, preferred in the industrial environment but other also welcome. • Team player with flexibility and capacity to cope with changing environment. • Experience with working on international level will be welcomed. • Willingness to travel with openness to a possible geographical move connected with the career growth (national/international). • Influencing skills with ability to convince and bring own point of view. • Broad financial management experience with strong budgeting background to facilitate development of the annual business plan. • Good communication skills (written / oral). • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Proactive attitude. • Computer skills (very good knowledge of MS Excel). • Excellent capability to work in English.
