Description 1. candidate will be reporting directly to the executive director of the region 2. receives customers inquiries, provides information requested on ascertains who can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person. 3. maintains liaison with other departments for order completion 4. resolves customer questions related to orders 5.traces status of orders through expediting department and keep managers and customers updated. 6.contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders 7.has knowledge of product line, prices, margins, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data as required 8.provides travel support for customers (invitation letters, hotel reservations, flight ticketsetc) 9.coordinate with the marketing team in implementing the added value program when needed 10.updates weekly different sales and margins reports for the executive director of the region 11.provides support in setting the annual budget of each area and its monthly actualization 12.assists in replacing the executive assistant when needed
Qualifications * Background about logistics (incoterms, modes of transportation, shipping documents…etc) * Full command of ms office (word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint).
Gender Female
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills * High level of organization and accuracy * High communication skills * Fast learner and able to work in a team work
