Description -Prepare & Forecast Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual and season wise Sales budgets. -Merchandise all products at the right time at the right place in the right quantity. -Prepare Merchandise plan to maintain inventory level -Handle the product categories of Apparels, Footwear, Sports Equipments and Accessories. -Co-ordinate in formatting the policy and procedures to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Targets -Prepare the Merchandise plan as per the Season like Summer, Winter, Back to School, Eid Sale (Mens, Ladies, Kids) wise, color wise, size wise etc., -Coordinate with the warehouse to have a check on the stock and maintain the inventory at optimum level. -Allocate the Merchandise to all the Showrooms as per the requirement, and also replenish the same as per demand. -Track on the moving and non moving items. -Visiting store and Warehouse to ensure the required merchandise is available. -Maintain coordination with Suppliers, various department like Retail, Warehouse, IT, Finance, Admin. & Inventory for carrying out following activities: *Updating voucher, price check and home delivery *Daily sale data - product pricing for new product *Reordering products for the oncoming season. *Daily Product requisition *Supporting the preparation of Flyers for promotion *Price updating in overseas outlets *Following up the item movement between store and warehouse
Qualifications -Retail Business knowledge and mathematics -Market Awareness - knowledge of latest Trends in the Market, Fashion developments, Season Demand, Customer Preferences etc., -Computer logic, Proficiency in MS office, Retail Pro -2-3 years experience in merchandising function. Bachelors Degree
