Description 1. Analyze tenders and bids, and refer them to PMO Director for approval. 2. Maintain and update documents that include company profile, history of projects, awards received and corporate capabilities. 3. Prepare tender documentation and technical proposal in response to RFPs or RFQs and coordinate obtaining the required approvals. 4. Correspond with vendors in conjunction with the tender process as required, i.e., confidentiality agreements, confirmation of interest, letter of intent etc. 5. Maintain tender files and arrange their archiving upon Tender completion.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree preferably from Commerce/Law (English Section) 2. Experience from (3:5) years. 3. Demonstrated experience in Tender processes - RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.

Other Skills - General Procurement Contracting skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail. - Experience in working under stress. - Analytical thinking, multi-tasking, negotiation skills. - Business writing skills.
