Administrators - Hindawi Publishing Corporation


Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now hiring HR Administrators to be Responsible for:
1. Handling job vacancies requests and submitting them to different recruitment pools.
2. Screening CVs and applications and recommending them to suitable departments.
3. Conducting Competency-Based interviews.
4. Assisting in conducting the annual performance appraisal process on both levels, managerial and employee level and attending number of meetings as an HR observer.
5. Assisting in conducting the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey.
6. Maintaining and developing recruitment filing system.
7. Presenting the company in employment fairs.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in any field.
2. One year of related experience.
3. HR Certificate is a must.
4. Very good command of both written and spoken English.
5. Very good computer skills.
6. Very good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
