VACANCY: Export Operations Coordinator – EGYPT

For an International FMCG

Job Description:
1. Contact Shipping Lines or Forwarding Companies, in sending shipping declarations and receiving shipping orders.
2. Contacting Trucking Companies in reserving containers and ensure sending and receiving it in factory in accurate timing and dates.
3. Coordinate in sending shipping documents to clients
4. Provide any needed data or details to Export Sales Managers or Customers Services
5. Coordinate in daily department business paper work with finance department and other department.

Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in similar filed
- Preferably to be Male and own a car
- Very Good English Language
- Accurate and organized
- Very good user of Microsoft office
- Able to work and deliver under pressure
