Description - Handle logistics related to export and ensure the availability of materials required for manufacturing operations with QA and Production as well as ensuring the best communication with shipping companies for the timely delivery. - Follow-up on delivery of products on time including transportation details, communication with suppliers and the manufacturing site. - Handle the preparation of all shipping documents. - Interact with the internal departments and the external customers with their variable needs to expedite the Export Process Workflow. - Communicate with shipping companies to ensure the delivery of goods on time. - Make sure all finished goods are available with a specific time and quantity. - Follow-up the plan quality by issuing weekly reports.
Qualifications • B.Sc of Business Administration • Fresh graduate of 1 year of experience • Being analytical and accurate. • High observation skills • Has good English and computer skills • Ability to solve complex problems and effective communication skills.
