Description Provides internal customers with the first level of support within service level agreements with little supervision. Installation. Trouble shoots hardware, software, peripheral and operating system performance issues. identify research and resolve technical problems. Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for assistance. Provide technical support during downtime. Monitors internal customer requirements and conveys them to the department head to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain virus protection and backups for the servers to prevent loss of data and damage of hardware and software. Assist in maintaining network connections to all administrative staff. Adds and configures new workstations, sets up user accounts and installs system-wide software. Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks and operating management system. Perform system monitoring and analysis, Perform tuning and troubleshooting for hardware and OS and softwares, Meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses. Co-ordinating and communicating with service providers/ vendors for troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of experience. Preferably with a Microsoft certification.

Other Skills Good communication and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge on Microsoft Operating systems, Active directory, DHCP, DNS. Knowledge on Linux Operating system will be an added advantage.
