Job title: Customer Service Agent (CS-IA-001)
Job Location: Nasr City
Job qualifications;
1- Hold a higher education certificate.
2- Gender: Male (is must).
3- Age: 21-25 Years.
4- His resident place at Heliopolis, Ain Shams, and Nasr City is preferred.
5- Has a good criteria are reflected the industry image.
6- English is good command.
Benefits:
1- Social insurance.
2- Has a full stability after pass 3 months (Probation Period).
3- All Course will be happening at Islamic Academy will be free without any fees.
Organization Environment:
1- Working hours will be 8 hours fixed shift from (9AM to 5 PM).
2- One day off: Friday every week.
Job Duties:
1- Answer all customers inquires through face or phone like (prices for courses, courses will be hold at academy and courses durations, etc).
2- Inform customer any updated news related to academy like delay course, dead line for fees).
3- Inform customers about all inquires they were asked about.
