Description formulating human resource policies that include employment, degrees of salaries, wages, incentives and benefits, promotions, sanctions regimes, consulting career, job training, performance evaluation, training, wages and personnel services, according to the companys goals, government regulations and employment legislation, and submit it to the Director General- preparing the plan and the total budget for human resource departments - Review Plan and Budget, Department of Personnel and adopted. - ensure reporting and proper implementation of the policies and procedures ratified, and for the staff of the company. - Keep a record to monitor the performance of staff and ensure implementation of the performance appraisal sessions for all employees. - The performance evaluations of subordinates and supports the results of evaluating the performance of task forces to subordinates
Qualifications Must be qualified with H.R Diploma - Good Communication skills-ability to deal with different cultures -Bachelor degree in commerce will be preferable
Gender Male
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Excellent knowledge in Ms office - Hard worker - confidence
