Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Production or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 1 year work experience in the field of Quality Control and Management or any other related field.
• Fluency in English language.
• Proficiency in Italian language is an asset.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent MS office knowledge.
• The ability to achieve objectives
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate industrialization from the BPP to BP phase, interacting with the other local/sector functions, in order to assure the respect of the Industrialization Plan.
• Execute the planned control activities regarding raw-materials, semi-finished and finished products.
• Review the projects in order to search for the root-causes of the production problems related to industrial target levels (waste, weight, Tire Uniformity, visual problems, and other parameters).
• Define the actions needed to achieve the assigned Quality targets about the Pre-Production phase (waste, uniformity, and so on).
• Issue the documentation related to the assigned activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
