Description 1-Structures employees files database and include all necessary officially required papers for each employee according to the laws & the company regulation. 2- Completing the formalities of the employees Creating and updating employees files for documentation system and updating the current files 3-Handling Social insurance functions for the employees 4- Review the Employee social insurance regarding forms 1, and 6. 5- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for all activities progress and status related the new hires and resignations. 6- Follow-up on daily attendance for all the branches and all types of leaves and identify legal requirements for compliance with local labor law and company policies and control employees attendance according to attendance system and preparing the related reports such as: Absence. 7- Prepare the annual leaves balance for the employees; keep track and record of vacation balances and preparing the related reports. 8- Answer employees inquires and investigate personnel grievances and fairness concerns.
Qualifications -Bachelor degree preferably in law. -1-3 years of experience in Personnel. -Full & clear awareness of the Egyptian law. -Experience in dealing with Governmental entities ( Labor offices, Insurance offices, etc.) is a MUST.
