We are hiring in Egypt “Sales Supervisor- Pharmacuetical”
The job holder is required to plan, direct and control sales activities in his sales channel, achievement of sales target and increasing product distribution.
Responsibilities:
Assists in setting overall sales plans, sales policies, in coordination with Sales & Marketing Director.
Visits customers periodically to maintain good customer relationship, solve problems and obtain market information.
Negotiates with the Pharmacies Distributors regarding the annual contracts and review the improvement with them quarterly.
Monitors the market to identify new prospects for products sales.
Monitors competition in his channel and report significant developments.
Reviews daily sales, merchandising, stock shortages, and takes actions as necessary.
Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution.
Develops short term sales strategy and leads implementation to achieve company's business targets.
Prepares annual forecast of sales for his channel. Continuously monitors performance against forecast. Takes action to meet goals.
Enhances channel performance measured in sales volume, market share, brand assessment, positioning, merchandising, training and sales support activities.
Provides analytical support for pricing, forecasting, monthly sales for respective sales channel, including budgeting and developing tactical marketing and promotional plans.
Coaches and trains sales staff. Creates team spirit among them and a culture that nurtures growth and achievement of personal and professional goals.
Prepares necessary periodic reports to Sales & Marketing Director. Discusses challenges arising, including sales operations.
Develops a highly effective distributor system/ dealer network
Formulates sales strategy for assigned territory or products, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower planning; supervises and trains distributors/ dealers/agents and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales
Education:
Bachelor degree in pharmacy / business relevant field.
Sales & Marketing diploma is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing field within a reputable Pharmaceutical / FMCG company in Egypt.
Minimum 3 years of experience as sales supervisor
Skills:
Very good command English and Arabic.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook)
Very good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading)
Very good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive
