Emphasizes selling decisions through companys agents and distributors and available outlets. 5. Receives customer calls at the customer service call centers 6. Records customers request for maintenance.
Qualifications    - Bachelor degree (Fine Arts, Business Administration, Hotels and tourism) - 1-2 years experience in a similar position.

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    - Customer oriented, friendly, and positive towards helping others. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Self control and work well under pressure. - Customer Service Training is an asset. - Working knowledge of computer (MS Word and Xls.)
