Description The job holder is responsible for effective management of team. Ensure compilation, preparation and processing of Credit Applications in line with the Credit Policies on CARM (Credit Approval & Risk Management) which is a key tool for the management of customer relationships. Also, to prepare and process and Facility Offer Letters (Legal Documents) advising customers on the facilities being availed in line with the Credit Policies and Procedures.Manage the Centralized Financial Spreading team to ensure seamless service, mainly to CMB lines of business without compromising on data integrity standards. Ensure the team prepares Credit Applications and Facility Offer Letters in line with Credit Risk policy guidelines and deliver quality as per the set Performance Level Agreements Ensure the team delivers accurate spreading of financial statements in line with Credit Risk spreading guidelines by undertaking quality checking of the quality checkers Develop staff to achieve their full potential ensuring PDPs are undertaken and are effective Produce, analyze and interpret MI to support / improve performance Ability to handle escalations and resolve complex process related queries Ensure all the system related issues are resolved within the specified timeliness and escalated whenever required Decision making when incomplete information is available to complete an application
Qualifications Commerce Graduate is a must

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Prior experience in Commercial Lending / Credit Services is desirable Good understanding of secured lending products Prior work experience in auditing firms is desirable Good numerical and decision making skills
