Description     -Translate from Arabic into English timesheets for the litigation team and record them in the time entry system. -Review the expense reports for the litigation team and record in Excel spreadsheet including client/matter information. -General secretarial work including typing (English/Arabic), document formatting, scanning, photocopying, filling, phone calls, sending faxes, expenses receipts...etc. -Write minutes in the book ledger. -Circulate new laws and decrees to the lawyers with coordination with librarian. -Serve as backup to other secretaries in the office to provide support to other lawyers as required and requested.
Qualifications    Very good English Very good computer skills especially MS Excel. One year experience in accounting/administration is a plus.
