Description     —Ensure that all records related to minutes of the meeting are kept safely and archived as per archival policy —As custodian of all records, the duty includes making available these documents when required by authorized persons — Prepare and provide Letters of Appointments for new Directors —Make available all Board member related documents when required for reports, elections, voting rights —Prepare agenda and resolutions to be approved by regular and irregular general meetings —Submit the agenda to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for their review
Qualifications    •Strong organization and management skills •Ability to multi task • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Speed and accuracy in typing and all recording of information •Strong controls in document retention
