Description Provide consulting services in the area of small and medium size enterprises (SME) development in the energy efficiency/ environmental engineering sector as follows: — Facilitate discussion & liaise between different stakeholders including international expert, local partners and governmental organizations; — Conduct energy efficiency assessments with beneficiary companies — Engage in technical assistance and progress in implementing improved technologies. — Assist with programming and scheduling of foreign and local expert assistance to firm. — Ensure smooth project implementation through following appropriate project management principles; — Evaluate new opportunities and help develop proposals or draft scopes of work. — Carry out pre-partnering meetings, and evaluations, including site visits, interviews and gathering information needed for partner selection or documenting baseline conditions — Develop & implement detailed action plans for SMEs in the energy efficiency sector, complete with detailed activities, timelines, resource recommendations and milestones — Conduct on-site practical consultancies, plan and implement specific trainings and workshops — Assist with necessary environmental permitting, regulatory strategy development, environmental field surveys, and compliance requirements for a variety of energy-related projects, including, but not limited to,
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering with specialization in Energy, Industrial Processes, Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences or a related field. 5 years of experience in consulting of SMEs in Egypt Minimum 2 years project management experience including environmental assessment and energy efficiency (EE), Quality management, cost tracking…etc Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
