Description Research, compile, assimilate and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and briefs the director or executive regarding content. Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents; handle some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials. Compose letters and memo in response to inquiries. Maintain appointment schedules and handling inquires. Follow up tasks given by the CFO to meet the deadlines. Produce a variety of documents, charts and graphs in final form. Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; take minutes and keep records of meetings. Review and edit documents prepared for the administrators or executives signature. Recommend actions to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply need. Receive and place telephone calls. Schedule and make appointments. Send and receive e-mails and faxes. Create an effective filing system. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required. •Finance background. •Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills. •Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point), Oracle Knowledge is a plus. •Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English) as well as fast typing Arabic and English. •Office Management and Secretarial Skills.
