Description 1. Supervising engaged workers in Quality Control and ensure successful testing activities to secure high productivity. | 2. Providing, and overseeing, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle. | 3. Monitoring start up, in-process, shut down operations to ensure that products are produced as per laid-down procedures. | 4. Conducting various trend analyses and using other descriptive statistics to assist in enhancing product quality and reducing rejection rate. | 5. Designing, developing and implementing quality control training programs. | 6. Conducting root cause analysis of rejections and recommending problem resolutions. | 7. Maintaining documents & helping ensure that they are updated. Ensuring availability of these documents at respective area of work. | 8. Being responsible for ensuring discipline, quality standards, GMP, and adherence to rules and procedures in production halls. | | 9. Building Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. | 10. Ensuring operations are run at minimum losses. | | 11. Ensuring workers are trained to do their work.
Qualifications Chemical degree from a reputable university. | 2. One - Two years of experience in a Pharmaceutical, FMCG or cosmetics companies.
