Description —Insure proper reporting for cash position, and Receivables. —Insure control on Credit interest, debit interest and bank charges. —Review monthly end bank reconciliation and insure bank balances of both financials and cash projections are same. —Support in preparation of documents to the bank. —Entering transactions regarding bank, posting and reconciling. —Entering transaction regarding checks receivable. —Dealing with banks regarding daily transactions. —Tracing checks in and out. —Keeping cash liquidity to meet expenditures. —Issuing transfers and certified checks. —Issuing LGs and IDCS.
Qualifications •Bachelors Degree, Accounting / Finance. •Fresh graduate to 1 year experience . •Strong knowledge of accounting principles (through understanding of G/L account reconciliation and other accounting processes). •Excellent Command of English language. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong initiative and follow-up. •Must be organized and posses the ability to multi-task. •High level of computer literacy is required with particular emphasis on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). •Good Knowledge of: Tax Laws, accounting systems, cash Management software and financial modeling.
