Description 1. Build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models. 2. Preparing installation packages for various software applications. 3. Perform routine & periodically maintenance services. 4. Respond to on-call assignments, repair and service existing software & product components. 5. Provide training and support to system users. 6. Maintain regular day to day contacts with customers to following up the efficiency of installed products that leads to develop and growing long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications - Must have an expert level of knowledge in providing full support for troubleshooting & installing various software applications & equipments, proven by years of related experience. - Must have excellent skills in using hand tools and other equipment.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Problem solving Skills: Able to demonstrate a logical & analytical approach to resolving technical scenarios and knowing the rational thinking processes that assist problem solving. - Time management skills: Able to meet as well as working under deadlines to achieve goal setting based on priorities. - Customer Oriented: Must have high level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment. - Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office
