Qualifications *Bachelor degree. *Very good experience (2 years at least) at : -Hardware installation, inspection , configuration , maintenance. -Network installation ( switches, cables,…) -Help desk troubleshooting of windows & office applications. -Database background *Courses -A+ or N+ or SQL server or oracle programming tools. *Good Thinking logically while solving problems *Able to help users to improve their skills. *Able to gain new technologies and features. *Able to work under pressure.
