Description — Oversees development, Implementation, and maintenance of IT policies and Processes of the Unit. — Provision of support activities via a team of network system engineers to support our on-going business operations to ensure continued business operations and to minimize system downtime and operational impact of any outages. — Keeps up-to-date on the latest technology and makes recommendations whenever the technology needs to be updated. — Cooperate with the Infrastructure Support Team, including monitoring work queues through service desk system to ensure timely issue resolution; monitoring and assessing work performance; identification of training and development needs. — Co-operation with the helpdesk Desk team relating to issue resolution of infrastructure elements. — Contribute to the protection of our IT information assets via regular testing and diagnostic processes. — Including, but not limited to, Penetration testing issue treatment; reviewing file and folder access requests; adherence to Information Security policy, procedures and best practices; identification and implementation of security improvements. — Ensure that our mission critical systems are adequately backed up to allow business recovery, including regular testing and verification. — Provision of accurate information contributing to monthly reports — Work in an open and collaborative manner.
Qualifications • B.Sc. of computer science (Governmental University). • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP). • MCP. • MCTS. • Microsoft Certified Exchange Server. • CCNA is a plus Experience. • Active Directories, System Security, Widows Server, Exchange Server, • 5 - 10 Years of Experience. • Very good communication skills are a must • Excellent in English language. • Hard Worker. • The ability to work under pressure. • Problem Solving Capabilities. • Communication Skills. • Leadership skills.
