Description     — Administering and maintaining leased line connection. — Managing the Internet connection distributed across the Local Area Network (LAN) through Domain Controller Server on MS Windows Server 2003 and controlling accessing to the Wide Area Network (WAN) through ISA Server. — Backing up a Disaster Recovery. — Administering File server for sharing employees documents on security levels. — Backing up and restoring database file on database server on failure system. — Working with the other IT team for administering and maintaining transferring data securely between the offices around Egypt. — Updating and implementing applications on PCs and laptops. — Maintaining hardware of PCs, printers, monitors, faxes, scanners, and servers. — Finding solutions and troubleshooting for Mac OSX on Mac devices, Linux on servers and MS Windows for PCs and laptops of employees.
Qualifications    • Ability to work under pressure • Success & Results Orientated • Works well in a team and can work unsupervised when required • Approachable and positive attitude • Experience in Hardware, software maintenance and troubleshooting • Experience in installation/administration of Microsoft technologies • Effective communication skills
