Description Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases and computer software systems Monitor and develop the training process Assist in identifying the development areas and set the training needs accordingly. Set the annual training plan for all the company employees. Regularly monitor the training budget according to the training needs. Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses. Designing In-house Training & Development Module. Develop training materials and provide training sessions to all employees. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management. Contribute to the development of organizational development and performance management policies and procedure. Develop a complete staff performance management system and ensure the undertaking of performance evaluation sessions for all employees, reviews all evaluations. Update and maintain a high level and detailed organization structures for the company ensuring that any changes are accurately reflected in a timely manner. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline 3-5 years of experience in the same field. SAP experience or related software system is a Must Post graduate studies in HR is a must Presentable, objective, and motivating character Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
