Description *Prepare the daily production plan, and hand it to all the supervisors. *Follow-up the production process over the shift to meet the daily productivity goals. *Evaluate the performance of the supervisors according to their technical, administrative, and organizational role. *Assure that the materials and supplies used for operation process are available on time. *Revise the daily production records to ensure the conformity of the actual production rates with the targeted ones. *Responsible for preparing the human needs plan. *Facilitate any obstacles facing the production process and the supervisors/workers.
Qualifications *Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Applied Arts printing and Publishing. *Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of offset printing, carton box manufacturing. *Ability to think in a proper scientific method. *Leadership, guidance and time management skills.
