Description Main job Responsibilities: -Participate and manage project development from beginning to end (estimations, analysis, design, implement, test, document and deploy). -Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. -Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, track these milestones as well as the deliverables. -Monitor tasks assigned to developers& other team members and work closely with them to ensure the deliverables functionality meets our clients requirements. -Assists with managing paperwork and multiple technology projects, maintains and updates status logs, and contributes to progress reports produced to the clients. -Proactively manage any change in project scope or deliverables. -Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion -Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations -Monitor staff performance including performance reviews in coordination with the Team leads & Quality. -Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Requirements: -2 to 4 years experience in related field "project management" -Preferably graduate "communication Engineering"
