Description — Manage and monitor progress related to community development areas whether in a specific discipline or several (such as education, solid waste management and capacity building of NGOs) — Coordinate technical assistance and overall project deliverables between different stakeholders (partners, clients, counterparts, consultants and donor agency) — Develop project plan, schedule and budget and monitor project development accordingly — Contribute to the development of technical proposal documents in response to tenders issued by different funding agencies in relation to community development projects — Monitor contractual compliance with clients in coordination with project team(s) and short term consultants
Qualifications • BA or B.Sc. in political science, economics, public administration or relevant social development discipline. • A Master Degree in a relevant field is a plus. • 5-7 years of working experience in a relevant field (such as education, solid waste management, capacity building of NGOs) • Project Management experience • Experience with donors/development program/consultancy firms • Excellent communication skills • Able to handle multi tasks • Able to work within a team • Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
