Description -Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. -Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. -Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. -Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. -Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. -Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. -Have Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. -Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. -Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Qualifications -Suitable University Degree, preferable architecture or graduated from applied, or fine arts –decor section-. -At least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in a reputable Firm. -Excellent selling skills. -Good Presentation, communications, and negotiations skills.
