Description 1. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile SAP bank accounts for EGP, EUR & USD in order to match the SAP with the actual bank accounts. Report to the financial controller for month end reporting. 2. Treasury: — A/P: Payment run process on a weekly basis on all vendors, issue the payment CHQs & Transfers. — A/R: Reviewing the received payments & reconcile with the customer account. 3. Petty Cash: Reconcile the account with the petty cash request to close with the actual balance amount in safe. 4. Compensation Agreement: Issue an agreement for reconciling the Vendor & Customer accounts. 5. Fixed Assets: Reviewing the plant assets to match with the register for the assets physical count. 6. Taxes: Foreign withholding tax preparation supervising. 7. Month-End tasks: I/C additive Freight; VAT transfer AP or AR; Clear Accounts 505998/505999; Accrual Utilities.
Qualifications SAP - Multinational experience
