Description Review drawings for correctness and clarity of information and take necessary action to ensure sufficient information is available, Monitor and ensure that only current / latest revisions of Issued for Construction drawings are being used, and withdraw all superseded drawings from site. Before submitting for inspection, ensure that Works are carried out on site according the Project Quality and Safety Plans and in accordance with latest revisions: — Drawing and specification — Construction program — Method Statements — Approved Materials — And resolve any technical related issues as instructed and directed by project Engineer. — Ensure that no works are carried out without inspection. Monitor progress of work against Construction program and reporting any trends for delays to project Manager. Takes necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed and directed by QC representative. In coordination with project Engineer organizes manpower, equipments and materials, to achieve the required progress and quality requirements. Produces daily reports, detailed in a way to show daily site activities, quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as required and any circumstances that may have adverse effect and submit to the Section Engineer. Records all site changes, produces record drawings and communicates the same to Engineering Department to ensure all changes are incorporated on As-Built Drawings.
Qualifications Bsc of Civil or Arch. Engineering. Min 3 years in contracting business.
