Description -Make the necessary contacts with the consultant to clarify the terms of bidding when needed -Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. -Preparation of construction reports and plans, specifically work plans, safety plans, quality control plans - Identify project resources required for the project based on the scope of work. - Responsible for the development of project schedule and schedule updates. -Manage the project to the approved project budget and scope. Manage project change orders. - Prepares construction budget by studying construction documents; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation. -Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements. -Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price. -Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information. - Review project document and specifications, identify bid items and prepare quantity take-off for estimate from plans through means of computerized take-off or manual method. -Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price. -Managing projects include: working with owner/client, material requisition coordinates with field operations, create and manage schedules, attend project meetings
Qualifications -B.Sc. Engineering, civil -5 to 10 years experience in the same field - Have technical and management skills needed for such position -Usage of computer programs

Education major Civil Engineering
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills -Very good in English
