Description As Chartering Manager you will be responsible for ensuring thae most suitable and efficient chartering of dry bulk vessels, experience working within a chartering or broking role with multipurpose, heavy lift, project, break bulk or dry bulk vessels. --As Chartering Manager you will be responsible for the long term time charter of the company's fleet of modern multipurpose vessels. -- TO WORKOUT MOST COMPETETIVE FRT RATE FOR VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT TENDERS AND BID ON BEHALF OF various foreign principals. -- POST FIXTURE INCLUDING PREPARATION OF VOYAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MASTERS ACCORDING TO THE RECAP OF MAIN TERMS AGREED/CHARTER PARTY. --ACQUISITION OF THE MOST COMPETETIVE LOAD/DISCHARGE PORT DISBURSEMENTS ETC. ---PREPARATION AND FOLLOW-UP OF FREIGHT /CHARTER HIRE INVOICES --PREPARING /FOLLOW-UP OF LAYTIME CALCULATIONS AND BALANCE FREIGHT NVOICES AND FINAL CHARTER HIRE STATEMENT. --- observation of markets and market research - negotiations and fixing of charter parties - calculation and pricing of shipping deals - positioning of tonnage - representation of the company ---You will be responsible for the development of new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications requirement: experience in maritime shipping company. able to calculate freight, etc. General understanding of the business needed.requirement: years of experience in maritime shipping company. able to calculate freight, etc. Sadat Marine has several subdivisions from agency services, freight forwarding, chartering and brokerage, terminal support etc. -- 1- INTERNATIONAL CHARTERING/ commercial matters 2- P & I (PRESENTATION / FOLLOW UP OF CLAIMS/ARBITRATION MATTERS) 3- AGENCY WOR
