Description     Responsible for all hiring documents for new employees Ensure that all documents in employees file are in compliance with those requested by Labor & Social Insurance law Prepare and generate all the reports related to labor office and social insurance office Ensure all new employees has joined the medical coverage and follow-up for all cases that medical insurance provider. Provide customer support to all departments and employees in personnel inquiries Generate weekly attendance report for employees record and generate monthly report for employees vacations (Casual , Sick , Annual)
Qualifications    Good knowledge with MS especially MS Excel high Communication Skills
