Description     1 - Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian labor and issue regular reports of personnel files status. 2 - Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor offices and Social insurance. 3 - Handles all related work permit procedures and issue regular reports as required. 4 - Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required. 5 - Creates, maintain and updates staff records on HR data base and issue regular reports as required. 6 - Handles staff absences regards to update absence data base and reporting staff absence to payroll and line managers as appropriate. 7 - Handles staff attendance data base and reporting as appropriate.
Qualifications    Relevant University Degree in Business Administration or any related field is required.

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    effective use of MS Office ( word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook), Excellent using Internet browsing, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to work under pressure, Presentable.
