Description Develop, deliver and maintain consistent and accurate Project and Venture reports. - Develop and maintain the list of reports required for the project/venture and map contents for consistency and efficiency. - Report the status of project/venture activities and progress against baselines and plans, including highlights, issues, concerns, risks and mitigation. - Maintain the status reporting framework and implement throughout the reporting hierarchy. - Reconcile new reports against earlier reports. - Liaise with and challenge Project staff to ensure proper understanding of the key reporting requirements. - Review, comment and challenge contractor reports. - Contribute to reporting close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work. - Develop contractor reporting requirements. - Contribute to peer reviews and other assurance events. - Contribute to the development of staff through coaching and training in reporting practices, tools and techniques. - Support cost and planning engineers with reporting and cost and schedule forecasting issues. - Support Finance / Project Accounting with cost reporting and forecasting. - Collate and prepare all information required for the Project Dashboard and similar reporting requirements, including Project KPI data, HSSE Statistics, etc. - Produce ad-hoc reports as and when required.
Qualifications • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University • Experience in GCC Countries is an advantage • Good Command in English Language • 5 to 10 Year Experience in this field • Good background in construction of Buildings and Airports • High communication and Project Status reporting skills • Experience in Data collection techniques • Experience in preparing construction, Engineering, and Procurement narrative, tabulated and graphic periodic reports • Experience in work performance measurement techniques.
