Description We are looking for results and customer focused Senior and Junior Sales Professionals / Responsibilities include but not limited to Consistent achieve exceed increase year over year individual sales plan objectives and KPI /Reach regularly target/Contribute to build the Image and Awareness of the brand./ Appropriately and positively demonstrate the skills and activities necessary to gracefully work through all customer interactions/Processing of returns and sales- that result in enhancing and confirming a culture of service excellence for customers /Effective use of available resources to enhance and develop existing and prospective clients /Act as a sales mentor to peers regularly sharing knowledge towards successful sales achievement /Approaching new customers to increasing the number of served POS./Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of merchandise /Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the products /Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product alternatives /Replenishes items on display and ensures availability of items in the selling area /Merchandises and arranges display of items /Monitors movement of items and informs the store/showroom management team of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities / Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing store/showroom and product knowledge
Qualifications -Required Qualifications Primary Job Requirements -College degree with 2-3 years of proven track record in achieving sales results in retail or wholesale experience or relevant customer related experience -Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights -Strong communication skills -customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required -Ability to work with a diverse client base -Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment -Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook-mail is preferred.
