Description      Ensure proper reception of files from clients ‘hands-off–; instruction files, application files and engineers tasks files. Conduct proper analysis of received files for accurate sizing of requirements and needed resources. Allocate Engineering Team members on projects, properly prioritize their tasks and time to meet projects deadlines and follow up on their work progress. Coach Engineering Team members as well as Translation Team on new localization tools, and provide advice and support whenever needed Ensure implementation of Bi-directional right to left technology Ensure adherence to clients requirements and integrity of clients data. Ensure a smooth work environment for Engineering Team members by solving any conflict that may rise or hinder their productivity. Participate in the automation of localization process.
Qualifications    Personal Skills Good analytical skills - a mindset to manage by numbers. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Good planning, organizing and coordinating skills. Good team building skills. Managerial Skills Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet software. Profound knowledge of Windows platform. Profound knowledge of CAT Tools

Other Skills    Educational/Professional Requirements  Bachelor degree in Computer Science.  Fluent in English; spoken and written. Knowledge of Bi Di technology, DTP & Graphics, and CAT Tools From 5 - 7 years of experience as Technical Support; includes 2 years at least in same role.
