Description Ensure proper reception of files from clients hands-off; instruction files, application files and engineers tasks files. Conduct proper analysis of received files for accurate sizing of requirements and needed resources. Allocate Engineering Team members on projects, properly prioritize their tasks and time to meet projects deadlines and follow up on their work progress. Coach Engineering Team members as well as Translation Team on new localization tools, and provide advice and support whenever needed Ensure implementation of Bi-directional right to left technology Ensure adherence to clients requirements and integrity of clients data. Ensure a smooth work environment for Engineering Team members by solving any conflict that may rise or hinder their productivity. Participate in the automation of localization process.
Qualifications Personal Skills Good analytical skills - a mindset to manage by numbers. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Good planning, organizing and coordinating skills. Good team building skills. Managerial Skills Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet software. Profound knowledge of Windows platform. Profound knowledge of CAT Tools
