1) Account Manager (MENA)

Facebook is seeking an Account Manager for the Direct Sales Organization (DSO) to build partnerships, and provide leadership and business experience, to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives relating to Facebook’s DSO team’s advertisers. With strong, proven experience in online advertising, this role will be charged with building partnership opportunities with our sales teams, and then drive these initiatives by negotiating complex deals and relationships. This position will establish and drive senior-level relationships with a wide range of companies with the goal of driving business and revenue growth. This role must bring excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment under tight deadlines. The position will be located in our Dubai, UAE office.
Responsibilities
Work with clients as well as creative and media agencies to drive critical advertising initiatives through to delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to get work done, driving plans/recommendations through to implementation (inc. working with product to launch, and then scale for growth)
Clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and Client Partners, as well as the broader organization, take feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Be an expert on everything Facebook (across Pages, Ads, Platform)
Manage education and overall relationship with creative and media agencies
Act as the point of contact for escalation with clients
Scope out business opportunities for assigned book of business
Support strategic initiatives by identifying appropriate partners and then executing deals in conjunction with scaling opportunities for our DSO channel
Requirements
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
At least eight years of work experience, including at least seven years of related online business development, media knowledge, and deal flow or strategic consulting experience
Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships, provide financial modeling and analysis, and interpret legal documents while working with legal and finance teams to get agreements finalized
Exceptional communication and presentation skills around strategic analysis and deal flow. Sales and business development skills
High level of comfort presenting key partner issues to management
Experience working directly with traditional and new media companies preferred
High degree of self-motivation, ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and willingness to work in a hands-on startup environment.

2) Client Partner (MENA)
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Facebook is seeking top end front-line Sales Individual for our office in Dubai. Client Partners will have extensive experience in selling or managing cross platform marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. The Client Partner will report to the Head of Sales and they will have senior level networked contacts used to dealing at all levels, extensive media knowledge, great communication skills and the ability to deliver high end deals. This is a full-time role based in our Dubai, UAE office.
Responsibilities
Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain budgets across the entire marketing funnel
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
Provide best practices to your peers
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFP’s
Ability to prioritize and deliver timely work
Ability to provide scalable solutions for advertiser
Recognition as the industry leader in Social Networking.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and media agencies
Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 7-figure level)
Ability to convert clients national TV budgets spends into Facebook marketing relationships
Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
