An international company for training and education is seeking to hire IT Agent
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 year experience in the same field
- Graduated from Computer science
- Assist users with telephone, email or on-site support to resolve and escalate IT systems issues and problems
- This role provides support and incident management for IT system faults and service requests
- Monitor and escalate alerts from Antivirus systems
- Support and maintain user accounts including rights , permissions and system groups
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
- Has experience in:
o Windows server 2003,2008
o Windows 7
o SQL server 2008
o ASP.net
o C#
o Networking
- Personal skills

- Willing to learn
- Cooperative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
