Description - A junior iOS developer / software engineer with solid programming skills. You must have a deep understanding of Objective-C and its design patterns, as well as of the iOS SDK. You must produce clean, properly factored, documented code. - Must be able to successfully collaborate with other developers and project managers, in order to develop solid apps that will perform flawlessly under all circumstances. - Since the apps you will be working on will be used by millions of people, careful memory management and considerate resource consumption are a requirement. - The ideal candidate for this position possesses a solid understanding of iOS frameworks, great technical know-how, and proven expertise in coding for mobile devices. - The ideal candidate is an iPhone or iPad user, with deep knowledge of user interaction guidelines, as well as with a passion to explore the latest technologies in iOS and Mac OS X.
Qualifications - iPhone or iPad user is a must, as well as avid user of apps. - Exceptional understanding of fundamental Objective-C coding principles and design patterns (model-view-controller, delegation, etc.). - Use Xcode in your sleep. - Fanatical, obsessive attention to detail. - Strong conceptual and analytical skills. - Enjoys working in a team environment, exchanging and building on each others ideas. - Must be self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities, and meet critical project deadlines. - Effective problem solver, able to quickly understand needs, come up with creative solutions and considers alternative solutions. - Inquisitive, interested in being wrong. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
