Description     —Save, arrange and classify all of contracts between the foundation and the other parties. —Manage the full coordination between the legal Department and all units and different departments in the foundation. —Follow-up the required procedures of signing contracts and agreements entered into by the foundation with other entities. —Register the daily external work performed by the Legal Department on behalf of the foundation before the courts, public prosecution, notary offices and all governmental bodies. —Register the daily internal work performed by the Legal Department like; investigations, legal memorandums, meetings —Translate correspondences, contracts, agreements, legal memos, reports..... from Arabic into English and vice versa. —Search in the relevant laws to assist the legal team and the administration to find the appropriate legal solutions & opinions. —Assist in issuing permissions, licenses and the necessary governmental approvals needed for the activities of the foundation. —Follow up the implementation of the decisions / actions taken by legal department towards all of projects and offices. —Handle the logistic coordination with the donors of assets and in-kind contributions and assist the foundation to check the legal status of these donations and determine the most appropriate legal proceedings. —make the Prior preparation for both of the internal and external meetings of legal department and management and draft meeting minutes of these meetings
